Letter to a shopkeeper to find the book you purchased from him

Suppose you had bought a book from a bookstore. By mistake, you left it there instead of bringing it back with you. Providing details of the book and its author, write a letter within 100 words to the owner of the store to find the book and keep it until you come to collect it.

Sub: Prayer to keep safe my book.

Dear Sir,

Most respectfully, this is to inform you that I purchased five books on Tuesday evening dated 12.09.22 from your bookstore but I did not find a book named ‘The Adventure of Huckleberry Finn’ written by Mark Twain after returning from your store. I am quite sure that I left it in your shop by mistake.

This an earnest request to you to find the book and keep it safe until I go and collect it at your earliest convenience and oblige.

Thanking you.

                                        Yours Faithfully,
